Witch Hazel Toner
This is something I've tried and found to be hugely successful! I do realize that what works for your skin type varies, but I hope this one is generally helpful.

At Wal*Mart, you'll find witch hazel in the first aid aisle. It looks like your basic rubbing alcohol. The one I bought has a yellow label. It isn't 100% witch hazel, there's about 14% alcohol, but you have that in beauty toners as well.

In the mornings, I take a cotton ball, wet it with witch hazel, and wipe down my face. You can decide if you want to rinse with barely warm water, pat dry, and maybe depending on your skin type, add a small amount of
moisturizer. I've had good success using this without rinsing or washing my face. I usually use this before going to bed. This has really helped with my acne!

You can also use this in place of washing your face in the morning if that's something you do.

I did this for about a week and afterward my hubby told me my face looked so clear and bright and that he liked the way I did me make up only I didn't have any on! Talk about the most amazing compliment.

Added bonus: it's a simple and easy routine!

Benifits of Witch Hazel: Cleanses and closes up pores, tones the skin, is good for mild cuts, prevents infection, tightens tissue. Also used in hemorrhoid creams and cleansing pads. Great stuff!
