Veet 3 Minute Hair Removal Cream
Veet 3 minute Hair Removal Cream, for normal skin. For this product, I waited for my hair to grow between ¼ to ½ inches long before trying it. Then I lathered it on nice and thick like the instructions said, and waited for about 6 minutes. My hairs kinda tough so I usually go the max when it comes to hair removal creams and such.
After the allotted time, I scrapped it off. About maybe half the hair on my legs was gone. The rest of it I’m assuming was too short for the cream to work.
It did last twice as long as shaving, like they said, but shaving for me lasts about 2 days, so this lasted about 4 and then the pricklies came in!
My conclusion: your hair has to be really long for the product to work well, so maybe this is a nice option for spring after a long winter of not shaving…? Also, it’s a lot more expensive then shaving, takes about as long as shaving, and only lasts a few days longer. If you wanted to use this as an alternative to shaving, you wouldn’t be able to go hairless all the time. Your legs would have to fluctuate between silky princess and hairy gorilla between Veet applications.

*Note: A word of caution for those of you with sensitive skin. There's an ingredient in Veet and other hair removal creams/gels called Calcium Hydroxide. This is a corrosive chemical that has been known to be in toilet bowl cleaners! Veet and other products warn not to use them if you have sensitive skin.
