Simple Steps

Here are some simple steps to treating your feet well:

*Don’t wear socks all the time; give your feet time to breath. (I use to do this all the time cause I didn’t like the way my feet looked! Sorry feet!)

*Be sure to where shoes that support your feet well. Don’t cost your feet by being too frugal and wearing shoes that are thread bare or worn down.

*Wash your feet when you’re in the shower! Hey, they’re way down there, wouldn’t be too hard to forget about…right?

*Keep toenails trimmed and clean. When trimming, make sure to trim straight across.

*Moisturize once a week or so for some pampering.

*Don’t wear flip flops too often. I notice my feet start to callous and dry out if I wear my flops too many days in a row. If I don’t switch out shoe wear, I make sure and pamper a time or two a week.

I know my feet really start to look nice if I take care of them, especially when I do a little extra! I didn’t know it was so enjoyable to have smooth soft feet! It usually doesn’t take that much additional time either; just incorporate it into a routine or relaxation time. Sometimes all it takes is a thought!
