I have used Jergen’s Natural Glow off and on for awhile, putting it back into my routine recently. I just got lazy and didn’t want to put the money toward it. =) Each time I use it again I wonder why I didn’t keep it up!
I like to use it as part of my daily leg moisturizing routine. The directions say to put it on once a day but I found that to be a bit much, turning my legs light orange! I usually use this every 2-3 days. Massage it evenly and really well or you’ll start to get dark spots and streaks. Avoid the knees most of the time or else use a very light sheen. Make sure you have time to air dry like the bottle instructs.
I’ve never used sun tanning lotion before, but from the horror stories I’ve heard, this isn’t as finicky. I love the results! It gives my pale legs a faint glow of warmth and helps even out my skin tone. Don’t get overly zealous to add color and pick one too dark though! The shades are Fair, Medium, and Dark. I recently switched to Fair from Medium because my legs had an ever so slight tint of orange. I’ve had better results now.
*Don’t forget to massage some into the tops and sides of your feet. Really massage though; you don’t want orange to show up in the lines of your feet. This helps the overall color of your legs blend. You don’t want golden legs and white feet!
It’s a go, ladies!

I just recently started using Dove’s Energy Glow. I wanted another lotion that wasn’t really heavy and didn’t have subtle tanning. This is the lotion I alternate with in my daily leg moisturizing routine. It’s a smooth thinner lotion that has a shimmer! I’m enjoying it quite a bit. It gives my legs a soft smooth feeling while giving them a bit of that ‘shine’. Use this on the days you don’t use Jergens!
