2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
About 2 cups or so of boiling water*

   Pour ingredients into a bowl. Carefully lean over bowl and place a towel over your head to direct the steam toward your face. Wait 3-5 minutes, 3 if you have sensitive skin, 5 if you don't. There will be a sharp taste when you inhale because of the vinegar, so I found when I needed to take a breath I dipped my chin toward my chest, leaving a little opening with the towel. It may be hard, but the best results will come by keeping your face over the steam.
   I did notice a difference! My face felt so much cleaner, with the help of the vinegar which cleanses and helps firm face muscles.

*Be extremely careful when using boiling water! Test the steam before plunging your head in!
