Hello! My name is Carolyn Root and I’m married to my best friend Jonathan. My husband is in the Air Force and we are currently stationed in Maryland close to Washington DC. It’s crazy being so close to the amazing historic sights!
I have an almost 2 year old little boy named Caden and another baby on the way, due end of August beginning of September! I found out it's going to be a boy, and we've been planning and preparing for his arrival. Jonathan and I are planning to have this baby in the comfort and privacy of our home with my mother and her dear friend Sarah assisting. We had Caden this way and really enjoyed the peacefullness of his birth.
I’m a stay at home mom and love having hobbies, one of which includes natural skin care. I also enjoy indoor/outdoor gardening, reading, yard work, organizing (yeah, it’s enjoyable enough to me to be a hobby!), and most of the time I enjoy keeping the house clean. =) I'm also currently working on a budget cookbook which I hope to have published by the end of this year. We'll see!
